Return completed registration materials to Brookside’s Office.
Step #3 – Enrollment
Based upon availability of class space, families will be notified to pick up the following enrollment materials at Brookside’s Office:
After Brookside sends enrollment materials, families have two (2) weeks to return completed enrollment materials to Brookside’s Office. Families who fail to meet this deadline will lose their children’s spaces in the school, and their children will be placed on the waiting list. Children are not admitted to Brookside for 2007-2008 until Step #3 – ENROLLMENT is complete.
Step #4 – ADMISSION to BROOKSIDE
Brookside will send written confirmation to the families whose children have been admitted to Brookside for 2007-2008.
